The KPS (Key Product Solutions) is a consumer-electronics importer, wholesaler and distributor based in Century City, Cape Town. We are the exclusive South African distributor of a growing portfolio of global tech brands and supply more than 1,000 retail stores, from independent shops to national chains and online marketplaces.

KPS is the exclusive South African distributor of Baseus, HAVIT Gaming, Rokid, RingConn, HOTO, JisuLife, PITAKA, Divoom, BOYA, SHARGE, Batzone and TYMO. For HAVIT, our exclusivity covers the HAVIT Gaming range, and we also supply HAVIT audio and mobile accessories.

We supply registered businesses that resell: independent electronics and cellphone stores, national retail chains, online stores and marketplace sellers. You need a KPS trade account to order.

Ask our trade accounts team for an invitation code, then complete the online application. It takes about 25–35 minutes with your documents ready and saves as you go. Once approved, you receive your KPS client code and register on the trade portal to start ordering. See Become a reseller.

COD accounts are the quickest to open, because they need only basic company documents. As soon as your application is approved and you have your client code, you can order on the trade portal.

Your CIPC company registration, a stamped bank confirmation letter, certified IDs of directors and signatories, and a letterhead confirming your authorised signatories. If you are VAT registered, add your SARS VAT 103 certificate.

Yes, on application and subject to a credit review. As well as the COD documents, we ask for your SARS tax compliance (TCS) PIN, proof of trading address, recent financial statements and a certificate of insurance.

Yes. We are based in Cape Town and deliver to every province in South Africa by courier. Within Cape Town, our own team delivers orders to your door.

Approved resellers log in to the KPS trade portal to see live stock at our Cape Town warehouse, their own wholesale price, the recommended selling price (RSP) and margin on every product. You can order by SKU, re-order past orders and download a price list.

Yes. Book a visit to our brand showroom in Century City, Cape Town to handle samples from every brand and review your range with our team. Visits are by appointment.

Yes. Our in-house marketing team and content studio provide product images, video and campaign assets, and we run hands-on product training for retail staff at our headquarters.
